Complaint Review: GE Money

GE Money CareCredit Screwed my AutoPayments Orlando, Florida

So, I have CareCredit because I had some expensive dental work, and I had no choice but to finance it. Well, I set up monthly payments of $100, and I didn't really think abut it after that. But I kept getting bills in the mail. I keep track of my bills, and i noticed that no only is my balance not going down, it's going up!

Every month I make my payment on time, and then, without contacting me, GE Money has reversed it AND given me late fees! I then went to call them and confront them about it, and (after dealing with automated bs) I was transferred to a number that told me it's disconnected.

My credit is completed screwed from these people. I will NEVER use them again (assuming they let me pay off my balance in the first place).

just wanted to let you know that this has also happened to my husband and I we got this credit card from our vet for our dogs and only charged 869.00 and have paid already over 1600.00 and can you believe this we still have a balance.  actually we hired an attorney in florida who has taken the case and we go to court on the 19th of this month, join in and we can do a civil law suit against them.

"without contacting me, GE Money has reversed it"

Are you stating that GE Money has refused your payments and you have not been charged for the attempted payments? Did you attempt to call them at a different phone number after you were given an incorrect phone number? Have you tried the phone number on your bill or one of the phone numbers on their web site?
