GE Money Co signed for a credit card and they are ruining my credit. They will not send me anything, just call me and want money over the phone. I will not pay over the phone because i dont know who they are! they ruined my credit and my chances to get into the feds. Internet, Texas
This company ruined my credit and my chance to get into the feds! they will not send me any info to pay my part, even thought i am a co-signer to there credit card. they want me to pay over the phone but i don't know who they are.
I have asked for info sent to me but they wont send me anything. This gets very frustrating.

You say that this is ruining your credit. If so, it's showing up on your credit report, right? Well, you can dispute the charge with the credit bureau, who then has to contact the creditor to verify the debt. That might be one way you can get the info you need to determine if, in fact, the debt is yours. Your other alternative would be to contact a lawyer, who could then contact them and verify the debt.
