I bought a used Mazda and used Mazda's extended insurance.  I went round and round with them but in the end, when I read my contract carefully, they were right.

I thought the contract was for 70,000 miles when it really was UNTIL 70,000 miles and was priced that way.  The dealer had sold so many that they just (wrongfully) made the assumption that I knew what it meant. It was a misconception on my part, it still annoys me, but I always ask for a clarification now.

My dealer is not a sleazy dealer, they apologized and paid for some free service for me out of their pocket and they say they make sure their customers understand from now on.  I believe them.

I fully understand why you're annoyed though.

When you "purshased" your warranty....

what does the WRITTEN warranty say...you have read it, right?

When you "purshed" this warranty, if it said you had 70,000 more miles of further warranty, call your state's insurance commisioner.

If you haven't a clue what it says, or just posted what you hope it said, forget it.

BTW...the word is PURCHASED.
