GE-Zurich Warranty Management Company ripoff does not want to honor warranty Rapid City South Dakota
I had purchased an extended warranty on Nov 01 2002. I have had several problems with both my washer and dryer. I have had to make several calls to to GE-Zurich Warranty Managment Inc. with every case I have been on hold for hoours only to hear excuses from I am not in their system to them accusing me of trying to have a dryer fixed that is not the one I purchased when I purchased the warranty. They claim they do not have the serial number recorded anywhere and it is up to me to find it on the dryer.
I have looked everywhere and can not locate it. I even had a repair man come in and he can not locate it. After calling again to GE, they stated it would be on a sticker on the inside of the dryer door. I wonder whose bright idea it was to put a sticker inside a dryer. My warraanty is up in Nov of 2008. Not only has this company turned me against GE's but also I will be very leary of purchasing an extended warranty again. The company I bought the appliance from has had so many complaints about GE-Zurich they changed the company they deal with.
