I called GE Zurich Warranty for our dishwasher. I was told that service would be completed within 4 days, and on the 4th day called because service was not made, I was then told that the service call would not be completed for another 8 days.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and at that time was yelled at spoken over during my discussion with the "so called" supervisor. After explaining to this "supervisor" that I was the one who had actually paid for this contract and that perhaps she shouldn't be yelling at me, the customer, I asked to speak to her supervisor. I was then told that there was no one to speak to, my service did not have to be completed in a timely manner, and then I was hung up on.

Horrible service, run around, hassle, basically a big rip off!
