This company is out of control. I purchased an extended hardware warranty from GE-Zurich at Circuit City when I purchased my Compaq computer. Since 5/2000 I have had to file 3 claims to replace my motherboard and/or processor as it continously fails. So many people at this company are incompetent, it would take 5 pages to list them all.

In a nut-shell, you will spend 45 minutes (EASILY) waiting on hold and "trouble-shooting" your pc as required by the warranty. After that your "ticket" gets escalated to ANOTHER department to authorize the repairs on your pc. Then, if/when authorized they send a tech to your house with only 1 part (god forbid something else be wrong) and they attempt to fix it. If unsuccesful, the tech says the problem and you WAIT until they decide to authorize the new part to be sent.

This process has never taken me less than a month to be corrected. The only way to get a response from these people is to file complaints.

PLEASE FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THR OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN TX - CONSUMER FRAUD PROTECTION, THE BBB, AND THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMMISION. It may take some work, and a little time, but is it not worth it to have the correct action taken? To possiblty prevent this from happening to another clueless victim?
