Bought a windshield wiper cutter at $10. They actually showed the item, an video of item being used to cut the windshield wiper blade & a 100% guarantee if not happy.
When I did recieve the item from China post, it was not a cutter but a small file for the blade.
I immediately wrote them & told them of their bait & switch & I want the correct item sent to me. They said they send out what ever they had on hand & it was correct. After going around & around with customer service, I asked to return product for a full refund. They are refusing even that! Said they can't guarantee that it will be recieved as return so they can't offer refund. And I have written them at least 10 times going back & forth.
