I place my online order on 5/3/20. It's now 7/12/20 and I have NOT received my order. I've constantly emailed them asking where it is, and continually they tell me to track shipment of it. It's like it's lost in shipment???

Finally, I requested a refund last week ($119 cost), and I'm told I cannot receive a refund until I return the product to them. This is ludicrous!! That's why I want a refund since it looks as though I'll never receive the product.

I'm 66 years old and on a fixed income. $119 is a lot of money to me. Is there anything that can be done to rectify this limbo status?
