GearXS Gearsxs.com Lack of customer service and merchandise that will not even hold up for 2 months Internet

Customer service is our #1 priority! If something goes wrong, please call us: 1-800-438-7516 or simply fill out the contact form.

 This statement is off their website.  Their number 1 priority is to separate you from your money.  The products they sell, they do not stand behind.  I contacted them about a  electronic soap dispenser that just never worked right and then just stop working all together. It was in month 2 of receiving it.   I sent an email telling them of the defective unit.  This is what I received back.

I was not asking to return a product which I decided I no longer wanted.  I was advising them of a defective product. They are an eBay store and eBay does nothing to handle the people who get screwed over by this company.  Just this month, they have over 400 negative issues.  Of course that may seem small as they sell 1000's of products...but there does not seem to be away to go back after 30 days to make any comment on eBay about the junk they sell.  I will never buy a thing from them again.  This item cost me around $10.00.  It is not the money, it is about no concern to take responsibility for defective products And lack of customer support...
