The company bill mailing address is incorrect on the bills, and no return calls or letters are responded to.

My credit history is being further ruined by a company that refuses to correct the problem.

Contacting anyone within the company is impossible, I have tried since December 2001 with mail and phone to contact and cannot, my payments are somewhere in the mail system unknown. None of my payments have cleared my bank and I do not know what to do.

The payment address is on every payment stub that you mail back with your payment. Customer service is open Monday-Saturday from 9-12 midnight eastern standard time with supervisors on hand to handle esclated calls.
