On 2/8/06 Geek Squad was called for a price quote to fix a Computer at a Volunteer Ambulance Service. The price amount quoted was a maximum of $79.00 plus tax. This Quote was given by Mmakua.

On 2/15/06 Geek Squad Double Agent Joshua Boivin arrived at the Ambulance service to repair the computer in question. He looked at the computer and made the decision to reinstall the operating system.

He said that the computer is running slow and could use more memory. The Geek agent was advised that this is a volunteer ambulance service and our funds were limited. When he was asked by the President of the Ambulnace Service how much the Memory was in the presence of two other Ambulance members, the Geek agent stated $40 extra.
The Geek agent then recomended anti spyware and anti virus DVD's that were better that what the computer currently had. The prices were $29.99 for the spysweeper and $39.99 for PC cillin. The decision was made between two of the supervisors of the ambulance service to go ahead and get those as well. The total price was at $188.98 with out tax.

When the Geek agent was finished with his work He totaled up the price and asked if we were ready for the damages? $442.10

This is a true Rip Off.
