Geek Squad Renewal of Norton Antivirus subscription
I received an email purported to be from Amazon Support from Adam@geeksquad.com. That made me suspicious immediately. It was concerning an automatic renewal of an annual Norton Antivirus subscription for $379.99.
I called the 808 number on the email and spoke to them. they tried to direct me to a website address. I asked where the person was located and he said California. I asked if he was a scammer and he immediately hung up the telephone.
If I had an annual subscription of this program why wasn't I billed directly from the company?
