I have had severl problems with geeks. I deal in prepaid orders only, using us postal money orders. They have cashed these money orders and then cancled my order with no notice. When I returned some items (two defective and one incorect item due to incomplet labeling) they credited my account but refused four times to let me apply the credit to a new order. One order had a perminit hold put on it after I payed and the money order was cashed. The last time I dealt with them they cashed my money order and sent only half the order with no credit for the remaining money. I've sent four or five emails to them with the only responce being a phone message from a woman who spoke so fast that I could not make out her name or the toll number she wanted me to call. How ever, she spoke clearly when she mentioned in the message that she could find not record of my order. Eventhough half the order was filled.
This orgonization seems to have a real contempt for non-credit customers.
