Geeks On Steroids Not Delivering As Promised Company is rip off, took our money, do not have a website. Columbia Internet
This company (Janeth) agreed to do our website for $160 and did set us up a webiste. The first few months, Janeth and Maria worked with me beautifully to get a great website, then Gregg became involved and all heck broke lose.
Janeth agreed to host website for free so they never charged us for hosting. But, the problem was trying to get help in working out the flaws in the website which made it worthless. They were great to work with at the beginning but now can not get them to help make our website workable for us.
Have been waiting on either Janeth, Gregg, or Maria (they keep passing one to another) for 4 months to get the website workable and get the "write protected" off they put on so I could continue to use the website. Lots of empty promises. Very frustrating trying to get in touch with someone to help. They ignore my emails.
Website is totally worthless as it is.
I'm so totally tired and frustrated trying to get resoluations. Geeks on Steroids is on something besides Steroids, they are on the road to being a rip off company and need to make our website right.
I believe in Karma so look out Geeks on Steroids, it's going to come back around to you.

Found out problem was with internet being interrupted and not Geeks on Steroids fault. Still working with them to hopefully resolve issues. I believe they are going to help me resolve everything to satisfaction.
