Complaint Review: Gegnas Chrysler

I purchased a 1998 Dodge Intrepid, at 74,000 miles the engine failed due to sludge build-up. Even after providing all maintenance records I was informed that my claim would be denied due to my neglect.

I was able to find out on the daimlerchryslervehicleproblems.com web site that all Chrysler car owner that have this engine problem are being denied warranty service. Chrysler knows that the 2.7 liter engine that they use in their cars is defective and yet they continue to blame the consumer. These cars should be recalled and the owners refunded thier money.
