I purchased insurance for my wifes car in november of 2007, I had purchased a vehicle myself Feb 8th of 2008. Of course i aaded it to my policy, insurance id cards cam no pronblem. I was involved in an accident Feb 29 I was at fault do to the wet road conditions. I aquirred 2000 + hospital bill from the accidnt lost time from work and was in extreme pain for a week after
I went thru the process of filling a claim, etc ....
# weeks later they called me and had told that the vehicle is was in the accident in was removed from my policy, but my wifes car was still on the policy
After weeks of phone calls and trying to find out why my car was removed off my policy. They came to the conclusion that it was removed off my policy thru their website. As of right now all this has cost me about 9000 dollars and still adding up. this compamy offers cheaper rates and them when it comes to a claim they don't want to pay
