GEICO Insurance Company Refuses to settle Wants me to settle for less than they actually owe & Total a car that is very fixable & in excellent condition ripoff SOB's Gainesville Florida
My son's car was damaged by a falling tree limb. The damage was minimal. It only required the back windshield and a few other minor things to be repaired. Yet, GEICO came out and announced they were totalling my son's car. The engine was still under warranty. When I attempted to settle with them, they wanted to give me $3,000.00 less than what the car was worth with no credit for an engine still under warranty.
I truly believe they wanted the car for one of their children to drive and that is the only reason they declared it a "total". I will not under any circumstances allow this to happen. They basically want me to give the car to them with nothing in return. They can kiss my butt!!!
I will see them in Court before I let this happen! I work for attorneys so it will be of no cost to me but GEICO, I promise, will pay dearly!!!!
