I was rear ended in a parking lot and the police came. I had a witness and they still found me at fault. I called and called and called wrote letters to no avail. I had to pay my deductible and I was plowed into from behind. Geico does not care about me or anyone else

When an accident occurs on private property as most parking lots are, the police won't issue a citation assigning fault because they have no jurisidiction. If you were truly rearended in a parking lot, then you need to file a claim in small claims court if you want any chance of recovering your deductible. In my opinion, GEICO did what is appropriate. You may try contacting the insurance company of the man that hit you, but I suspect he didn't have insurance because if he had, you problem wouldn't have filed the claim with your carrier GEICO.
