Geico Paid a claim Sent a check. 6 months later filed a collection for claim check amount. I was found not at fault by the md police and Brandy wine md Nationwide
Geico was slow to pay an auto loss claim under collision where I was not a fault and insured
geico offered payment for $605 tow bill under a accident where police report stated clearly I was not at fault
Geico sent check to pay tow bill $605.00 I cashed check then 7 months later geico
7 months later geico ask for repayment of tow billwhile I was still not at fault
geico sent paid claim to collection agency for $605 instead of going to court
collection agency prevented me from employment
geico refused to discuss claim
just figured collection and damaging credit would be cheaper than going to court and losing
Why?

This doesn't sound quite right. Is is possible that the OTHER vehicle you were involved in the accident with isn't ALSO a Geico insured?
