Although I have sent numerous emails to their contact person after payment reached destination bank October 26th. no reply received from Gelora Baru contact person since then.

All attempts I have made to reach Gelora Baru contact person by phone since payment was received at number 011-62-878-6807-1090 I used to be able to reach Gelora Baru contact person at before payment was received has reached nothing but this machine announcement every time I phoned that number since then, "The number that you are calling is not available at the moment.
