Gem Auction TV_Gems Plus G. Inc ripoff They do not issue refunds for returned merchandise Torrance California
GEms Plus G., Inc sells gems and jewelry on dish network channel 225. They induce customers to purchase items from them by offering a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. It has been 62 days, still no refund.
When you call customer service they so oh yes we will get this to accounting. That works for about two weeks. Then they tell you your check is in the mail. So far my check has been in the mail as of 11-28-03 and again the week of December 8th 2003.
Still no refund. This company only accepts checks, cashiers checks or money orders so you will be out the money.

Never believe the so-called appraised value of the items in the auction. most are WELL OVER $20,000 which for a large spessartite Garnet(as one example) is VERY overpriced to say the least...EVERY ITEM PRESENTED is OVER-VALUED PERIOD!! They cover their butts by saying that the appraised values presented are guidelines, but they are so over-inflated that they don't even serve as guidelines but misrepresented merchandise...if it was valued at that price why would'nt they sell it at that price??
Be smart people!!! Avoid this auction at all costs!
