Gem Loop Failed to send my merchandise.

I took advantage of a special they were running on essential oils. I paid for the order with my debit card, which was deducted almost immediately. They sent me an order confirmation, stating a follow-up email would notify me once my order shipped. The order was to be delivered in 10-14 days.

I never received further notification. They never sent any additional correspondence, nor have I received my order. The company provides no phone number to contact them.

I have sent several emails, none of which have received a response. It seems as though they simply took my money and ripped me off.
