My order for two sets of Essential Oils was placed September 7,2018 and paid for at the time of placement. I have tried to track the order online but the information given is always to "Check back later ". I have sent 4 emails requesting information for the order or a refund and have never gotten a response.

If you check out the whois gemloop.com information you see that this is a brand new website just created June 18, 2018 for one year only. That is a huge red flag for any consumer.  Another red flag:  the prices on the website are too good to be true.

Another flag: the testimonials are clearly fake, just look at the cadence of each testimonial.  I admit, this is more difficult to see when you are researching, but the first two red flags are huge.  Next time, do your research before you ever enter your credit card info.

If I were in your shoes, I would notify your cc company and replace the card so the scammer that owns the website can't do any further damage to you. Good luck.
