I should have read the warnings and heded them. Gem Shopping is A RIP OFF. Ordered two items. Not as they described. Immeadiatley called and aquired Two RMA'.  Sent the items back UPS.  Today I get a letter in the mail stating that they are not going to refund me as the letter states "you much contact us, you must get a Valid Return Authorization Number. "  Which I did. then it goes further to say your item was received on February 13, 2012. Therefore, we are not going to accept your return. Additionally, you did not have the correct return authorization number."  Which is a bunch of bull. The RMA numbers were on the exterior of the box and on the paperwork inside the box.

Additionally, buy their own admission it was under 30 days.

Ms. Sharon,

We have researched your claims and have found the following to be true:

We received your items and your credit has been issued.

 This unfortunate issue was initiated when your items were received via UPS (Tracking Number 1Z02R0V34219699517)
two months after you retrieved a Return Authorization Number. Our satisfaction policy allows for 30 days to review item(s) to assure complete satisfaction.

Your items were not returned until well outside of our normal Return Policy.  Having received the items a full month late, our Customer Service Representative generated a letter to inform you of the late return. The letter, which included a clerical error on the date of return, was explained to you during a phone call on Friday 30, 2012.  

We were optimistic that our willingness to accept your items a month late and to extend a full credit for the purchase would have resolved the issue. Much to our dismay this public forum was selected to air the grievance. 

Ms. Sharon, we do value your business and hope that you can allow us to serve you better in the future.
