Gem Strategy Management, Inc., Gary Miller, CEO We went to Gary miller concerning a desire to sell the ownership of the company to a co-owner. He indicated that this would require an immediate attention and to get him and his staff (he has no staff) of accountants and attorneys started. He needed $23,000 retainer and he and his staff would begin immediately. We found that there may have been fraudulent activity by the other partner, so the effort to sell our interest in the company was halted 5 days after our contact with Gary. We informed Gary of this finding and he could not provide any assistance in this civil matter without legal staff on his “supposed” team. We offered to pay him for his time and he has refused to refund any of the $23,000 despite only the introduction of an outside attorney. Aurora Colorado
