GEMB/WALMART NA Walmart Credit Card Services Mislead deceved lied to Internet

11/2007 Applied for a walmart credit card for a promotion of a new  42"Polaroid LCD HDTV.8/2009 I become unemployed laid off from current job filed  for unemploment in Arizona which holds back the first week payment so i called walmart credit services and informned them i would be late on my next payment is there anything we can work out,they suggested the hardship program C/S rep authorized the reduction in intrest for six months i asked could you send the paper work to confirm this program(nothing came in the mail or email. November/2009 i get a call on saturday from an english speaking lady from the hardship dept.Asking if i wanted to start the hardship program?Already making payments reduced intrest payments since 8/2009which they said there wouldn't be any late fees on this program(wrong)they charged me late fees when i inquired about the fees on my statement/online they referred me to C/S and they wouldn't say what the fees where for,that went on for three months then i just paid them.Then six months goes by and the card goes into collection permantly cancelled at 29.9%  interest then a year goes by and EUB ends and i still havent found any work(small rural town)and i call Walmart again and they say we can do $20.00 a month for 3.3 years.Asked when could you make your next payment payment due date 20th i say the 19th and do so on the 19th they inturn say i missed the 19th and charged me a late fee,that's the third time they lied and deceived me for their own gain.HELP
