Gemcarz.com, Endicott Nissan, Alex DiMusto, Kim Hanover Endicott Nissan fixes Gemcarz.com's bogus allegations Boca Raton Florida
As the old Television character Sergeant Schultz (from Hogan's Heroes) would have said .... "Verrry innnteresting!"
I've just read an "alert" written by the bogus "Superconsumer" regarding Endicott Nissan, Kim Hanover and their sales/service of Gem Cars in general.
Firsthand knowledge allows me to inform any readers that "Superconsumer" is, in fact, the owner and sole proprietor of a company which calls itself "Gemcarz.com".......... the ultimate con man / scam artist.
The obvious motivation for the planted "Superconsumer" alert is the awareness of pending prosecution by Endicott Nissan, as well as Kim Hanover against this alleged "superconsumer".
Without going into too much detail, suffice it to say, that I recently purchased a Gem Car from Alex DiMusto, Gemcarz.com's sole proprietor. ------Spent $4,000 for one of his "gems", and have, to date, spent an additional $4,000 in repairs within 3 weeks of purchase to fix the problems I trusted him to NOT forward to me.
In short, DiMusto willingly sold me a vehicle he clearly knew needed the entire electrical system rewired, a new transmission, brakes, etc. etc. etc.
His stated "32-point checklist" apparently did not include checking the most easily resolved issues including left/right turn signals, brake lights, batteries etc. etc. etc.
The batteries turned out to be a hodgepodge of mixed ones.... i.e. 1 Marine battery, 2 from the year 2005, 2 from the year 2006, and another whose markings I was unable to decipher. My failure to check those and other items on the vehicle I trusted him to deliver, has cost me dearly.
I have subsequently been in contact with both the official Gem Car / Chrysler dealership (in Pompano), headed by Kim Hanover who, by the way, has been a blessing.Further background checking on Mr. DiMusto and company reveals a long history of both criminal and civil complaints including prosecutions. --------- Unfortunately, I am in the process of joining the long queue.
Do not be fooled.
Gemcarz.com is the bona fide classic "rip-off" hiding behind the eponymous "superconsumer" name... not Endicott and Kim.
Were it not for the latter, I would be up the proverbial "creek without a paddle".
[P.O.I ..... I had to visit both Broward and Palm Beach county tax collector offices 3 times to resolve the Gemcarz.com's forged seller title documents.]

The people writing this information should have the most current information, Kim Hanover is associated with both Endicott Nissan a Gem dealer and owns Fuschis Limited and/or Fuschis Unlimited which is a company she owns to sell the cars they buy at the Endicott dealer (through the back door) at discount then sell on Ebay or as individuals or as Fuschis Ltd. I'd steer clear of Ms. Kim Hanover or Michael BYrne and Endicott Nissan. Buy your Gem on Ebay, save the ridiculous dealer fees, the taxes and the scam artists at the dealer!!!

Michael Byrne is a not well individual. He has harrassed multiple people abotu his Gem car, that needs new batteries, that he was too cheap to buy. Well this punk came to Boca Raton and committed multiple felonies and is sought by the Boca Raton Police Department. He went to the home of tenants of the owner of the business he vandalized and threw all their lawn furniture in the pool, broke into the hoem and stole a Rolex Watch. Michael Byrne is affiliated with Segway South Beach and does have a criminal record. He lives in Hollywood but can be found on SOuth Beach illegally renting Segways and giving segway tours.
Again Michael Byrne is known by police and is sought for multiple felonies associated with his disgruntled purchase of a 2002 golf cart. Beware of this guy!
