On March 14, 2007 I took my car to simply check whether my front brakes were not in danger. After the inspection Bob Meyers the store manager told me that I need to replace my calipers and rear bars for 1,321.

I went home and told my parents the problem. Then my parents went there later in the afternoon the same day. Bob Meyers told my parents the same information about replacing everything and the amount after discount was 1,200. Which my parents agreeed to pay.Then told him we would bring our car for repair the following day March 15.

Bob Meyers charged $750 to my mom's Goodyear credit card , which my mom promised the rest of the amount would be paid in cash on the day of the service.For Bob said he needed to order the parts. And the $750 was billed to my mom's credit card.

On March 15,2007 after thinking it over my mom decided to get a second opinion at Desert Toyota, Scion of Las Vegas from Manny Mendoza the service manager. Manny had a road test of the car and told my mom there was NO problem with the car.

Therefore, my mom cancelled the service at Goodyear. Also, told Goodyear on the same day there was no problem with the car. Then told them to return what ever was charged back to my mom's credit card.

The following Monday, March 19, 2007. My mom asked her friend what is the best thing to do with the dishonesty Goodyear provided.

Angelo, the owner of Interior Design ( phone number 7023674845)advised my mom to get another opinion from Beto Trujillo- A German Auto Service,phone number is 7022518482.

So my mom sent the car today March 28, 2007. Beto and his mechanic named Surio examined the car. In the end they reported that there was nothing wrong with the car.
Last January 19, 2006 WE sent our other car (TOYOTA HIGHLANDER) Bob Meyers. We have been advised that there is something wrong with our car. My mom listened to them without any second opinion and paid $1,854 that was charged in my dad's goodyear credit card.

My mom still has all the recipts and paperwork from Goodyear. My mom is suspecting that the services on the Toyota Highlinder 01' were unnesscary.

Tomorrow March 29,2007 my mom will take the Highlinder to AGA owned by Beto Trujillo. And show him the recipt. To check whether everything in the car was replaced and fixed.After we get it checked we will let you know if Goodyear really did their job and if it was even nesscary.

What is my next step? Where do I go?Is it possible I can file a lawsuit? Can you find me a lawyer?
Hopefully you can take care of this matter. My mom can send evidence anytime.
