Complaint Review: Gemmy Industries

hi all.i bought one of their chrismas trees and it broke and they do not want to help.all i want is to replace my christmas tree light remote and what i got is a run around. so,i say don't buy any products from gemmy industries,(i repeat:do not buy products from gemmy industries). my first and last time i will.their operator is rude and will not help you. i'm going to try their e-mail addy again and see what happens.but it looks like i won't have lights for my tree.i'll let you know what happens soon to see if i get anyware with them ,ya right lol. thanks all.
