In the video, Dr. Gene F. Giggleman, a professor at Parker University in Dallas, is seen striking the
heads of two squirrels on a cinderblock in order to "euthanize" them.  He was caught on video using a hidden camera.

Subsequently, he admits to using the old "whack on the head" trick to put down another animal, a rat with a tumor on its face.

Later on, Gene F. Giggleman recommends decapitating 350+ ball pythons or freezing them to death in order to avoid the laborious task of euthanizing each one of them.

Jasen Shaw, the principal of U.S. Global Exotics Inc. of Arlington, Texas, explains that in order to save time and money, Dr. Gene Giggleman falsified government health documents called "acclimation certificates" that would attest to the health of each animal prior to export for overseas trade.

As of this writing, Giggleman received a suspension of his veterinary medical license and a fine of $2500.

Currently, he is under federal investigation with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and may face criminal
charges which can lead to federal prison time for his actions at USGE.
