Complaint Review: Gene Tarver

I was selling some junk parts from locos in Ebay for $90.- (retail price about ($300.-). That buyer win auction. Sent him items and then he start complaining about motors. I told him I was selling parts not completely motors. Nothing was burned, everything was in running condition. He give me his phone number to call him just for one reason get partial refund. I offered to him full refund and free shipping to sent me back all my items. He did not agree and made me negative feedback. I sent him full refund 3 months ago. Never ever get my items back so I sent him invoice with PayPal to get back my refund money. Never get my money back . This guy is stealing with purpose.  

He did this many times to his customer after I did research and contact them. He pushing sellers to corner under negative feedback to get partial refund.

 Just read this arrogant email what he sent me after I offered to him full refund with free shipping: "forget it. customer service is the name of the game. a simple problem gone bad"

I try to explain to him motor with out brushes are still parts in running condition and this is his answer: "You my friend are not worth talking to.At my age of 70 I forgot more than you will ever know about n scale"

This guy want just rip you off.
