Complaint Review: General American Credit - General Credit Bank Commerce & Trust

My name Is Kay, I was ripped off by a company with these names on the correspondence.

Associated Commerce & Trust/General Credit Bank/ General Credit Bank. The name of the person at the bottom to the letter is Roger DeWitt, New Accounts.

I called the number 1-941-929-0008, gave a confirmation number 10271757 and spoke to a woman calling herself Carol ext.777

They accessed my bank account at our credit union, the first time we felt we had been taken was when the bank teller said on the computer screen it read Bank of Origin General Credit Bank, State of Origin read General Credit Bank.

They took my disabled husband and myself for $149.00. We went and closed the savings account but did not know we could tell the bank manager and maybe get our money back.

We are going Monday to see if we can get our money back from the bank. We will do an update for all when we know for sure.
