GE repair dates: 8-12-04-Recharged freon/ordered parts. 8-17-04-Installed Compressor reolacement kit. 8-20-04-Replaced blade condensor fan. 9-20-04-Recharged freon/ordered more parts. 9-29-04-worked on compressor & evaporator. 11-3-04-Recharged freon & ordered more parts. 12-4-04-attempted to install parts, tore up freezer area. My refrigerator not working at all now. Warranty did not expire until 9-25-04 but refrigerator work began 8-12-04.

Gary Mantooth called me on 12-7-04 ofered model # GSS25JEPWW as replacement. I called customer service on 12-8-04 and asked for model GSS25JFPWW or GSH25KGRWW because they compare in size 25 cu. and features of the model I have. No response from company, when I called on 12-8-04, "Nicole" give me a wrong phone number for Gary Mantooth and "Trina" said she didn't have his number. As of 12-10-04, he has not called me back. It is 10 days before christmas, my family needs a refrigerator!!!!
