We received this letter with a check from IBC ( International Bank of Commerce) located in 1200 San Bernardo St. Laredo TX 78040-6301.
The check looks real, the bank is real, the account number is real. We deposited the check. The bank has not caught it yet, But I thank God that we did some research before we sent any money.
