I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up from this dealer. The sales associate used very pushy sales tacticts to sale this truck. He went as far as to lie on the performance and try to hide a broken window from me. Upon my discovery that the window was indeed broken he tried to use a false and complete fraudulent scam on my insurance company to get it replaced. GFB actually had the window replaced but with a non matching window and the truck smells horrible.

I have had to have the truck interior cleaned twice even after they supposedly had it detailed. the seats are covered with stains and pet hair is embedded in the carpet. the air conditioner barely blows any volume of air and you wind up sweating more with it on than with it off and the windows rolled down.

I called the finance manager the very next day that i had the truck and he said tuff luck its yours now. I even went as far as to say that i would prefer a different make and model of truck as this one is so inadequate and he assured me that he would be able to do so in 4 to 5 days. He assured me that he would be able to put me in a ford or chevy and that i would be happier at that point.

Well here it is nearly 30 days later and i am still stuck with a sub standard truck that is a piece of crap. they have the truck at the lot to "solve the issues" yet the only way they can solve the issues is to put me in a vehicle that meets proper standards. i am embarrassed to drive that dirty and raggedy pos anywhere. i have to take clients out to rig sites and to dinner for entertainment and i am just appalled by the fact of what i drive.

Buyers beware, do not buy from this dealership nor any of its affiliates. you will meet with the same sub standard and inferior product that i have.

Did you even SIT in the truck BEFORE you bought it? If you had, you would have seen the stains, embedded pet hair and the broken window and you would have smelled the "terrible odor".
