I have multiple complaints against this company on the construction of my new home. They are a lot of things on paper that is not complete to match the paperwork/drawings. I have tried to communicate through email because they said and I have it in writing that the best way is through emails. I have all emails to back-up my issues.

They have turned the home into a complete mess and refuse to work with me. From the beginning they lied about the size of the living room that I specified and emphasized on that it has to be at least 15 feet and have it in emails that it was confirmed at 15.2 feet before I even signed the contract to build this home.I have an upgrade on contract that was not completed as I specified.

They have done bad workmanship in a lot of aspects of the home. Example, the walls are not straight and the rounded sections are not smooth curves. The paint job inside is different shades and not cleanly painted. The sod outside the home was layed down on top of garbage and cemet and the ground was not leveled beforehand. The aspect trim work on the outside face of home does not match the drawings including the 2 front columns to the main front entrance.

They tried to steal $1100.00 from me before construction of home saying there was not enough money left in the demo allowance to remove a tree in the front part of the lot that had roots that were almost 3 feet above ground surface. Through complaining in emails it was finally removed by them saying that oops, there was money left over after all. The complete date of my home was suppose to be March 12th 2007. It says within a few weeks and now it has been a month and still I can not get anaswer on when it will be complete. I have sent emails and called the office many times trying to find out and have had no answer back.

My walk-thru in which I gave them my punch list of items to do was March 22nd and the most part of it was completed this past week. Nothing was completed on the home from March 22nd until April 12th. I have pictures of all items on the punch list.

I want them to repair all issues ASAP to a condition that is professionly completed and that looks nice. I want all the missing items that I requested be completed. I want the sod to be removed, ground cleaned and leveled and then the sod relayed back down. I want the paint to be complete in a professional and good looking quality. I want the walls to be straight and the curved walls to be nicley smooth. I want to be compenasated for the error of the living room in a good amount not $500.00. I believe they should do all the above as noted and for them not to recieve their last draw of the construction loan of almost $25000.00. I believe this would be fair.

Other than that I believe tht the only other option is for to sue them for more and I really don't want to do that. I need to sit and discuss all the issues in more detail that I can not explain in less than 2000 characters.

Please help. I have been stressed and it has cost me money because I can't sell my current home because I don't know when I will be moving and in the meantime I am paying interest on the construction loan due to how they are delaying the completion of this home.

They have had more than 2 months of time where there was no work at all being done on my home where it could have been completed and me moved in the very beginning of this year and could have saved me interest these last 2 months or so and could have had my home sold. tThat has no amount of money on it except for the $200,000.00 I would sell it for. Please help. I appreciate it
