General Mills Progresso soup Progresso soup ring-top cans: Rings break off & can top cuts your hand
THIS IS DANGEROUS! Ring pulls off of ring-top cans. Sometimes, the can does not open at all. At other times, the lid comes off partially, curls around quickly and cuts my hand. Without a ring, the can cannot be opened with a normal can opener because the lid is recessed too far for the opener to reach.
Per General Mills customer svc, two types of can openers can still open failed ring-top cans: Oxo Good Grips & Good Cook Safe Cut Can Opener.
