i purchased a 2000 silverado new,which has (since new} had a bad squeek in rear, like it needs a grease job. I have returned to the dealer dozens of times .

i have contacted customer service (GM) dozens of time and each time they say they will call my dealer to see if there is a fix yet, and they will contact me. "sounds like buck passing to me"!

my dealer has done several things to my truck, assuring me they would take care of my problem, with no favorable results. i can't blame my dealer because he can't do anything until gm finds a fix.

you would think a company as big as gm could find and fix a squeek in two and a half years!
