I have a Cadillac Deville, 2000, with less than 36,000 miles on it and its turned out to be a lemon..I took this car in to have the check coolant light fixed, as it was staying on all the time..I didnt buy the extended warranty, because i thought cadillac was a better made car than this was..

I was told the most it would cost would be $200.00 or just a bit more..i was very unhappy with this, but wasnt long until i was quoted another price of at least $800.00 because the transmission had to be pulled out to get to where it could be fixed..

The assistant manager was very nice to me, he called around to where he could or would get cadillac to assume 1/2 the bill...this was awfully nice, but i do think a company as large as general motors should stand behind thier low milage cars..

these cars are overpriced, overated, and are not really the car that they used to be..what is going on at General Motors..Seems if they couldnt produce a decent car, they could at least accept the fact they are producing LEMONS.. To all of you that read this, please stay away from cadillac products they are not worth what they cost or what you will have to spend on them to keep them maintained..i will keep posting about this car until i get some good results..if any are even thinking, CADILLAC, think again...thanks
