This report must go to GM's CEO Fritz Henderson regarding my recent purchase of a brand new 2009 Corvette and the windshield shattered.

I then ordered a replacement; came in damaged. I then ordered the second replacement that also came in cracked.

Either your company is using very poor materials, purchasing from very unreliable and shoddy manufacturers or you just don't have the american pride of being able to ship and wrap replacements properly.

I am deeply dissatisfied with your poor service and demand that the company be investigated before the government hands over bail out money to a company unworthy of receiving it due to poor customer service and not being able to produce a reliable product.

I feel very sorry for the employees that work for very cold and cruel management that can only take and not return fairness to their so called valued customers.

"demand that the company be investigated before the government hands over bail out money"

It's a little late for that don't you think? They've been getting handouts for 5 months. Also, if the company had been producing reliable products with good service they wouldn't be bankrupt in the first place. Something you might have considered before plunking down your money.
