My debit card was charged $349.03 for issuance of an unsecured Visa card. I was told my "package" was coming Fedex to my P.O. box. This sent a warning flag up quickly as it is not possible to Fedex to a US post office.

I contacted General savings and informed them that it was not possible to ship to my PO box. Their story then changed to USPS shipping. When I FINALLY got "the package", to my surprise no visa card!

All I recieved was a cdrom for government grants and a list of banks to contact to apply for a card. I did and was refused by all 3 banks.

I contacted General Savings again and asked for a refund, to which they agreed to upon receiving the refusals from the banks. I faxed all 3 to them. Upon contacting them again to confirm receipt of the faxes, I was told they did'nt receive them.

I re-sent the letters to them after confirming their fax number. They said they still did'nt get the fax. I checked my fax machine and it confirmed that a fax was received to the number sent to. I have a Lexmark X4270 machine. I called General Savings back to reconfirm their fax number.

I sent the refusals a 3rd time. They still claim that they have received nothing from me. Bottom line, they stole $349.03 from me and have no intention of returning it.
