GENERAL SERVICES CORPORATION BRENDA LOVATO, GSC LAS VEGAS SUPERVISORKELLY LEDESMA, RANCHO DEL SOL PROPERTY MANAGER. Retaliation, discrimination, defamation, abuse of employees LAS VEGAS Nevada
When all else fails, tell the truth. Hardworking, dedicated and loyal employees shouldn't have to constantly worry about losing their jobs to these women. Brenda Lovato is a regional supervisor for GSC, General Services Corporation in Las Vegas, NV. As a supervisor she has consistently abused her position of authority by creating a continual hostile work environment. She talks down to all of her employees. She yells, she screams, she calls them names. She wrongfully accuses them. Worse yet, she defames them by slandering their character in the form of gossip that she spreads to all the properties and to her vendors.
She is best known for her nasty disposition in the way she retaliates against those who make her angry. Most employees fear her and fear for their jobs every day. She has ostracized and badmouthed many contractors and vendors in Las Vegas. Brenda has had numerous complaints made against her over the years and seems to have escaped discipline as her outrageous conduct and abuse has continued. Recently, a number of complaints were made against her in a unified attempt to show corporate how horrible she is. Employees were assured their complaints were confidential.
There has been a long pattern of distrust among employees with corporate due to the fact that Brenda remains in control and consistent in her behavior. Many employees have been wrongfully terminated under Brenda. Some of her property managers have conspired with her in how to get employees they don't like to quit. Apparently Brenda was told by someone that complaints were made against her. As if her retaliation wasn't bad enough, she set out to retaliate against those who she believes made the complaints. Illegal illegal illegal.
The former manager of Rancho Mirage was forced out by Brenda. Rather than Brenda transferring a qualified manager who could take on this troubled property, and who had experience on the property, which is what the property sorely needs to be successful, she promoted an unqualified assistant manager from across the street at Rancho Del Sol. A woman known for her own abusive behavior towards employees. I will not disclose her name unless I find out she's also involved in sabotage. Brenda promoted this woman because she knew she could get the maintenance crew at Rancho Mirage to quit.
Brenda Lovato failed to make a decision based on what's best for the success for the property so that she could exact revenge on people she believes made complaints against her. This is how she operates all the time. She holds grudges and carries personal vendetta. Currently the director of HR from Virginia and another supervisor from Virginia, made a surprise visit to Brenda. Brenda told her close friend Kelly , property manager for Rancho Del Sol to be ready for a surprise inspection by them. All of the properties were notified of this surprise inspection. Except Rancho Mirage. Some office personnel were made aware of the surprise inspection, Gabby, but kept silent and told other employees not to tell the maintenance crew.
This was a set up to catch the maintenance team off guard. Sabotage at its finest. These guys are being set up to fail. The question is, who all knows? Was this a set up from the top level of management in Virginia? If so, this is highly illegal. Why is Brenda hellbent on revenge? Because she's committed countless illegal acts, violated numerous labor laws, and she knows she could lose her job. The things she has done and the people she has conspired with are worthy of a class action lawsuit in addition to independent lawsuits. As this mess continues to unfold, so will my report. It is my hope that today's surprise inspection is not about sabotage from the corporate level but to actually interview the victims, aka, employees and to ensure proper discipline against Brenda Lovato is carried out. Nobody deserves this.
