Generate Agent Leads not sure, but I am sure they have them and will close this company and start another took 4K upfront with money back guarantee that they will not honor Surrey British Columbia
Charged 4K upfront, plus $300 per month ad spend. Got a bunch of bogus leads with mostly people telling them/me to "stop contacting them". Ended up with a hacked facebook account and credit card hack as well. There were comments/pictures etc. in that FB account from deceased family members that I can never get back as FB could not remedy the situation and shut down the account.
When all this happened, the service said they would do all the follow up on the leads and let me know when there was an appointment. They specifically told me not to follow up. They couldn't get anywhere either. An appointment never came and the 3-4 people I ACTUALLY DID speak with had such unrealistic expectations and time frames in this market, I couldn't help them.
When the year ended with no closings - NOT EVEN CLOSE!! - I asked about the money back guarantee and was told that I didn't follow their protocol, even though I have the emails to prove what they told me to do!! TOTAL RIP OFF AND SCAM COMPANY!!! These are bogus leads that you spin your wheels trying to contact and totally waste your time because they go nowhere!!
