I received a notice today from Corporate Records Service at 1337 Wabash Ave. Ste. B #1005, Springfield IL 62704-4982 for $125 due by Nov 9, 1012 for 2012 Annual Minutes Records Form. I am sure it is a scam and want others to be alerted NOT TO PAY.
