Generator Now Terrible customer service. Will take your money and won't ship item. Disputing charge with cc company. Denver Colorado
I purchased an air compressor from this company on December 4th. I contacted them December 16th since they did not send any updates. The "receptionist" took my contact info and created a ticket. Chasity Barber advised me that my item should go out on the 17th. Still no update since. Called again, another ticket created.
I ended up purchasing the item elsewhere and currently disputing charge with my bank. I emailed both support@jdna.com, admin@generatornow.com and sales@generatornow.com to advise them of the dispute. No one has yet to contact me.
This company is fraudulent.
