Generators Direct is not the company you want to do business with. They currently have an "F" rating with the Florida State BBB and for good reason.

Daryl Kutner is quick to take your money, promise you a timely delivery and then nothing more. No return phone calls. No returned emails. No kidding.

I placed an order for two generators on December 7, 2007 by phone and was told they were in stock and would be delivered within two weeks. I left numerous voice mails and heard nothing. I emailed shipping and received one response in January that said my order would be shipped "shortly." Still, more calls, more emails and more nothing.

I've turned the account over to VISA for collection.
