On 11/30 I ordered the Canon S40 from genesiscamera.com. About 2 weeks later, I called and was told there was a holdup on the camera, but it would ship that week. One week later, I was told they still planned on fulfilling my order. Around 12/22, they told me they couldn't fulfill my order, but offered me a more expensive items...

aka the old bait and switch.

They billed my credit card on 11/30 despite the fact they didn't have the camera in stock. After multiple rounds, they would not remove the charge. Finally, I filed a complaint with my credit card company, who reversed the charge.

Since then, geneisis camera has once a month or so billed my credit card AGAIN for a camera I never received. Each time the complexity of getting the charge is removed. I finally cancelled my credit card to stop this harassment.
