This company charges $475 to create even one webinar, and you must sign up for 1 year. After 2 months I realized this webinar stuff was stupid and did not help my business in the slightest. I cancelled the rebilling on my Paypal account and suddenly the company deleted my entire access and webinar make the webinar link on my site fail.

They violated their 12 month contract by cancelling my account and taking down my webinar. It took me time and money to remove all webinar links, squeeze pages, etc from my site because I didn't want to leave a broken link. I emailed the company and they responded two days later and asked them to refund my 10 months worth of time unused.

They said no and have a stupid generic response about their boss beheading employees who give any refunds. I received an email a day later saying that they reactivated my account and would give me 3 months of additional time on the end of my account.

I said no, your webinar didn't work to improve my sales AND you violated our 12 month contractor when you temporarily disabled my webinar and blocked my access. You also caused me time and money having to remove all links to the webinar and squeeze pages when you took my webinar offline. I'm not doing business with you anymore.

In regards to violating our 12 month agreement, the company writes, "This is done so our users do not experience any interruption in service once their subscription period ends and is part of the purchase agreement users agree to upon signup. There isn't a way to turn off automatic renewal for our subscriptions, and your EverWebinar subscription was essentially cancelled via PayPal on November 3rd. When a subscription is cancelled, the system will automatically close access to the account and in order to reopen access to finish any paid time, it must be done manually by us."

Got it? You can't cancel automatic renewal without your webinar being shut down and you losing access for at least a few days until they manually turn it back on. That sounds like a personal technology problem to me and is not justification for breaking a 12 month contract agreement nor costing me time and money to remove the broken webinar links from my website.

I've filed complaints with my CC company but in the end, they refuse to refund even a penny to me because I used their webinar system for more than 30 days. So I spent $475 to produce one webinar, that didn't improve my conversions or sales, and I got to use it for 3 months. What a rip off.

I don't want anything to do with a greedy company that sees nothing wrong with their moral decision of charging me for an entire year when they broke our 12 month contract after 3 months. I have no interest in having anything else to do with this shady company.

They currently have an F rating with the BBB as seen here. I wish I would have seen this rating before signing up for their webinar services. I will never do business with this company again and will warn everyone about their greedy and bad business practices.
