Genesis Express, King Pin Logistics, Genesis Truck Stop Non-payment for services rendered, lying about their identity, hanging up when we call Arlington Texas
We serviced this business in July of 2014. Our terms were due upon receipt. They said they would mail a check. After multiple times contacting this company via phone and letters they simple will not acknowledge us.
Today, once again I asked to speak with Accounts Payable; after listening to the many phone options to choose from, I choose option #4 for Accounting. When picked up, he told me he was pizza delivery company. Really? Not only are you not choosing to pay, you lie to me?
These people do not pay their bills. They go under 3 different company names. They avoid phone calls, then when they do pick up the phone they lie about their identity.
