Genesis Spine Associates Nick Coleman personally guaranteed my back would be better with decompression therapy, but was absolutely no improvement after $5000 worth of treatment Plano, Texas
I was having severe pain in my back and neck. I heard about decompression therapy and went to see Dr. Coleman in Plano, TX.
After examination and x-rays, Dr. Coleman 'personally guaranteed' the decompression treatment would alleviate the pain I was having. In fact, it would visually, by x-ray, straighten out problems in my back--that showed up on the x-ray.
The treatment would start after I paid more than $5000 up front for the 'package'. I didn't like having to pay 'up front', but since I was hurting so bad, and Dr. Coleman seemed honest and sincere, I paid and began treatment.
After all the treatments were completed, I was still in as much pain as ever. I even went to another doctor and had him compare x-rays from 'before' treatments to 'after' treatments. He concluded there was no difference.
I and my husband went back to talk to Dr. Coleman, complaining to him about the situation. He said he could tell by the x-rays there was no change. We asked for our money back, since there was no change in my back, and he had guaranteed there would be.
He flatly denied our request.

If you have ever been a victim of Dr. Coleman's pie-in-the-sky back pain relief program, you can find him and his wife at their home address. Be sure to do a drive-by and wave "HI" to them. I am sure they would love to hear from more victims.
